Refund and Returns Policy

What is your return and exchange policy? We aim for 100% satisfaction for everyone and, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied, simply contact us to start your return and make sure you ship it back by the end of the 30-day return window. We have a no-questions-asked 30-day free return policy for items purchased on our website.

Please note your original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept returns from International destinations.

All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, be in their original condition with tags still attached (if any) and in all original packaging (if any).

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Sweet Red Bean has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to the customer.

How do I start a return or exchange? Please send us an email to initiate your return. Be sure to include your full name and Order # in your email. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions for your easy return.

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Yellow Owl Workshop will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.

When will I receive my refund? Once your order arrives back to us, it can take up to 10 business days for it to be processed. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund, store credit or replacement!
